Seller's Notes:This is a beautiful mahogany Drexel mid-century modern dining table dating from 1956. Gently sweeping edges and tapered legs (which are easily removable to facilitate moving). Designed for dinner parties, with an optional leaf that extends the table by a foot, but perfect for everyday use. The legs are fairly scuffed (perhaps a previous owner had a dog that liked to gnaw), and there are some scratches and signs of age on the surface of the table - but it polishes up beautifully. We've been lucky to have this table with us since 2014, but sadly are moving to a smaller space that won't accommodate it. Dimensions: 61.5w x 39.5d x 30h (in), plus a leaf that extends the width of the table by another 12in. Comfortably sits 6 without the leaf.
