The tabletop is crafted from natural Kashmir White granite, a durable stone characterized by its soft white background, subtle gray movement, and distinctive burgundy garnet crystals. The stone is polished to a smooth finish that highlights the natural mineral pattern. The tabletop consists of three precisely cut granite panels engineered to appear extremely thin, creating a striking “floating slab” visual effect when viewed from the side. The minimal thickness of the stone combined with the central pedestal base gives the table a sculptural appearance while maintaining exceptional structural strength. Despite the elegant and delicate appearance of the thin stone surface, the table is remarkably solid and stable. Draenert engineered a concealed internal support structure that evenly distributes the weight across the stone panels, allowing the table to function with the strength and rigidity of a much thicker slab.
