Seller's Notes:THIS IS A STEAL! ONLY DISCOUNTED DUE TO HAVING TO GET RID OF IT WITHIN ONE WEEK! IT’S IN GREAT CONDITION! This loft bed is a great permanent furniture piece for a children’s spare room in your home. It was purchased in 2016 (receipt is in the pics) and it’s in perfect condition! I was originally concerned when purchasing this item due to how flimsy some loft beds could be and our son was overweight during 4 of the 6 years we had it. It was able to take his over 215 pound weight with no problem! The areas I photographed that have some wearing of the paint are those that are high touch areas. These are barely noticeable but I wanted to provide full disclosure of any “issues”. There’s also a top drawer track that’s out of whack and the storage door on the same right side of the bed doesn’t close fully. Other than that it’s in great condition! It’s currently on the 3rd floor of our row home and will require at least 3 able bodied people to move it! We are moving into our dream home the first week of June and want to ensure that this bed goes to a good home!
