Seller's Notes:This was a purchase for my condo. It has had minimal wear over the years. No smoking, regular cleaning, minimal sleeping on it.. Extremely comfortable for TV watching. Purchased from the Door Store. I actually love this couch, but decided I want a lighter decor. I have a lot of wood and leather throughout my home. I was moved to replace major items.
