Original invoice lists the sectional at $6,175, plus $5,254.60 for sectional fabric, plus related freight, for over $12,000 in original sectional/fabric/freight cost. We are renovating and replacing the sectional in the next few weeks, so it is priced well below original designer cost for a timely local pickup. Approximate dimensions are 10'7" x 8'1". This is a substantial, very comfortable sectional with deep seating, neutral beige/taupe upholstery, and a clean, tailored designer look. The sectional is in very good used condition overall, with no known major stains or structural issues. There is a small, faint stain on the underside of one cushion, approximately 2" x 2", and a scuff mark on one wooden leg, shown in the photos. The fabric can appear lighter or darker depending on angle and lighting.
