Seller's Notes:moved and don't have space in my new apartment for a coffee table, the table is in good condition with a few blemishes. Assembly & transportation is very easy. Unison Rectangular Coffee Table is a glass and wood coffee table with a natural and simple beauty, designed by Terence Woodgate for SCP. An update of the classic Sax table. This balanced design blends materials, featuring two shelves, the lower one in veneered walnut and the upper one in 12 mm toughened glass. The construction of the table is remarkably simple, the legs are screwed together through the lower shelf and the glass shelf is placed on top, held in place by rubber pads.

British industrial designer Terence Woodgate is a Royal Designer for Industry (RDI), the highest honor awarded to designers in the U.K. He’s known for his obsessive attention to detail, which is beautifully illustrated in his Unison Table (2011). Visually simple, this two-tier table is actually quite complex in its design. In place of fasteners and external hardware, Unison uses a lower shelf as the structural component to hold the legs firmly in position. Its glass tabletop rests on neoprene pads, and Woodgate had to be sure to get the weight just right to make the pads grip sufficiently. Visible through the tabletop is the lower shelf with exquisitely cut half-sawn wood veneer. Made in Slovenia.
