Seller's Notes:This sofa has been an extremely comfortable place to watch TV, nap, read + sleep. The leather is extremely durable and looks good for being 7 years old. There are minor scratches in a few places (see photos). Majority of minor scratches are at the front edge of the cushions (likely where denim rivets took their toll over the years). This sofa has a very relaxed style. The number one draw back is that it requires regular fluffing + repositioning of the back pillows to retain the shape seen in the DWR photos. If you are fine with some occasional maintenance along with the occasional nap, this sofa is for you! From the DWR site: "Unlike sofas where you sit "on top" of the cushions, the experience of Reid is more of a "relaxed sit," thanks to down- and feather-wrapped foam. The back cushions are filled with a soft blend of down and feathers, the seat depths suit various lounging positions and the wide armrests offer support from elbow to wrist." Original upholstery is DWR's Vienna Full Top Line + Full Aniline Leather in "Slate". This sofa has the lower "block"-style legs, meaning it sits very low. Sofa works well as an impromptu guest bed for 1 - simply remove the back cushion and wrap seat cushions in a bed sheet. Back cushions + seat cushions are easily removable for moving/fluffing.
