Seller's Notes:This sofa regularly sells for $14,195 + tax but is currently reduced due to DWR’s semi-annual 25% off sale. The sofa also typically ships in 15 weeks. Left orientation, upholstered in “Pebble Weave - Fog” (see last photo) This sofa is in excellent condition. It has sat in our living room for the past 4 years, but it has barely been used as we don’t have a TV in our living room (it’s in our den). There are no stains or tears. The sofa looks as though it was delivered brand new a month ago. Notwithstanding, we will have it professionally cleaned before pick-up (with proof of doing so of course!).
