Seller's Notes:A believer in the idea that “use follows form,” Leon Ransmeier added a unique twist (pun intended) to the Revolver Counter Stool (2011). Inside the base ring, or footrest, is a journal bearing that allows the entire top portion of the stool to smoothly rotate – or revolve – 360 degrees. As the top moves, the struts come in and out of alignment with the struts in the base, creating interesting visual effects. The slim seat is slightly dished for comfort. Top portion of stool rotates 360 degrees. Slender seat is slightly dished for added comfort.
