Seller's Notes:Selling a stunning dining set from Design Within Reach in excellent, lightly-used condition. The dining table is the white oak color / standard size from the Edel collection (https://www.dwr.com/office-desks/edel-table-standard/100168617.html?lang=en_US&sku=100168617). It has a total of six pullout drawers (3 on each side), which is very useful for storage. Two of the drawers lock using an included key as well. The dining chairs are the white oak color from the Comma collection (https://www.dwr.com/kitchen-dining-chairs-benches/comma-dining-side-chair/100196824.html?lang=en_US&sku=100196824). The dining chairs have the huron (black) leather upgrade on the seat as well. The woodgrain on the chairs matches the table exactly (they were designed to go together, even though Design Within Reach sells them separately). Wear and Tear: There are a couple of small lines/bands of sun discoloration on the table surface from when a computer monitor was resting there. There are also handful of very small nicks/scratches on the table surface from everyday use. The chairs have been used only a handful of times and are therefore very close to their original, brand new condition. Overall this is a beautiful, high-end dining set that elevates any space.

The Edel Table (2020) is designed for today’s changing world, where the dining table is also used as a desk, classroom, and more. It’s the work of Norway-based Thomas Jenkins and Sverre Uhnger, who bring Scandinavian design language together with new technologies to create pieces that speak quietly but offer hidden delights once in use. Each table has at least one locking drawer accessible via solid brass key and a concealed system for cord routing. The mini version features a single locking drawer with center divider and rear cord channel, and the standard and grand versions feature three drawers on each side (center drawers lock) with central cord channels. Use the mini as a desk for one or table for two, the standard as a desk for two or table for six, and the grand as an executive desk for two, a shared workstation, or a table for eight.
