Seller's Notes:The Design Within Reach (DWR) Como sectional sofa is a modern Italian-made statement piece characterized by a low profile, deep seats, and exceptional comfort. We purchased the Como sofa new from Design Within Reach, and it has always been in a guest living room area of our house that sees minimal use. It has spent its life in a smoke and pet-free environment, and is in perfect condition. This is a great-looking and luxuriously comfortable sofa, and we have loved having it, but we are moving to a much smaller residence, and unfortunately cannot take this piece with us. Designed by Giorgio Soressi, the Como features solid steel frames, tapered aluminum legs, and high-quality cushions filled with goose feathers and foam. Our Como sectional is upholstered entirely in Canyon (color) leather. Design Philosophy: As Soressi notes, the Como combines combines modern, streamlined aesthetics with a sense of simplicity and respect for traditional quality. Comfort & Structure: Known for "deep lounging," the sofa features cushions that are slightly firmer in the front for support and softer on the back.
