Seller's Notes:LOVE this chair so much. It's compact, so great for NYC apts, but really comfy to sit in for multiple hour-long stretches. One minor tear in the upper corner which could be patched relatively easily, otherwise great condition. MUST be able to pick up by 10/22 :)
