Seller's Notes:I bought this couch (custom made), I chose the color as well, however I have a small condo. I haven't moved since I purchased it. There are no marks or stains or tears. It has never been exposed to dogs or cats. The material is microfiber and it's easy to maintain and clean. The ends of both sides recline. I am only selling this so I can get a smaller sofa so I have access to my patio. The couch is extremely comfortable and everyone who has ever sat on it loves it. It's approximately 101-103 inches from one end to the other. The top is 37 or so inches from the floor.
