Seller's Notes:I originally purchased this in June 2019 brand new from City Furniture. Purchase price was $1200. Overall it is in good condition. There are a few small stains on one cushion, but they should easily come out. A few cushions are sinking more than the others, but this is just from normal use and doesn't affect the comfort level. It could easily be adjusted by adding in some more foam into the cushion.
