Seller's Notes:I bought this solid piece of furniture while living in NYC because of its versatility of couch/bed with hidden storage in the arm rests, on the sides and two separate, rolling drawers underneath. Brought it with me when I later moved to MA. I am moving again to a smaller apartment and cannot take it with me. It is sturdy, versatile and looks really nice. It has tiny blemishes from normal wear and tear on the armrest which can only be seen from an angle. Overall, in great shape! The cushions can be changed out for a different color or for another futon mattress if desired. It comes from a non-smoking home.
