Seller's Notes:I bought this leather sofa and chair in Seattle. I love them, but am moving to a new apartment and want smaller pieces made of fabric instead of leather. They're in great condition, and I love them for their classy, square, structured look, the dark brown color, and the light brown seams. The chair is 36" wide, same depth and height as couch.
