Seller's Notes:Please note that I am not looking to turn a profit on this---I am looking to get safe and reliable pickup and delivery through AptDeco to someone who will appreciate the furniture for as long as I did because I am moving soon. Please feel free to make an offer. Twin XL on the top and full on the bottom (futon). I built the loft from ~$400 of indoor-furniture-grade plywood (not that pressed chemical stuff for decks) in 2016, and it is way more sturdy than the IKEA equivalent. The front legs have been modified to fit the full futon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FDKB5KK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title) as well as a swivel-mounted monitor on the front left leg (mounted on https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZKFRKIU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title) as in the pictures. I will also include the curtain rod and hooks as shown. I am very clean and have fortunately never encountered any bedbugs in various living situations around the city. Will disassemble into platform, rail, legs, and futon for convenient delivery and provide screws needed for re-assembly. Cute bed friends not included!
