Seller's Notes:One-of-a-kind twin sleeper sofa with gorgeous silky feel fibranne fabric by Clarence House. Fabric is Dragon Empress in celadon/beige. We are very sad to part with our unique sofa, but we are remodeling and need a different size. There is some wear and tear at the two front corners, but otherwise in excellent condition. It was in a guest room and not used often. We do have a sample swatch of the fabric available, 26 x 23”. That is included with the sale as it would be easy to have some covers made for the front corners.
