Seller's Notes:Custom-made concrete waterfall island from ModaBlak. In like-new condition. Island was used in a retail store in NYC and has virtually no signs of wear & tear. A few (very) small scratches on the surface but it appears to be a part of the stone-washed concrete. The retail cost for this custom piece is now $18k+, but this island was purchased before the price hike, so we are selling it at a much more affordable cost.
