Seller's Notes:I am reluctantly selling this beautiful piece because of a renovation I'm doing. It has a wonderful cherry-veneer and it is a very well-made piece of furniture that will become the centerpiece of any room. It is in excellent condition with a few minor scratches that are not noticeable. Shelf heights are adjustable. This is the perfect wall unit/bookcase for a Manhattan living room. As you can see, there are six large drawers at the base and 12 generous shelving areas. This was custom designed for me and was substantially more expensive when I purchased it several years ago. The wall unit breaks down in small pieces but is very heavy.
