Seller's Notes:Gently-used, cream-colored sofa. Custom-built and apartment-sized! Minor wear (very small stains and minor discoloration that are hard to see unless you're really looking for something). Never any smokers, pets, or kids. Fabric is stain-resistant, performance micro-fiber; cushion-covers zip off and are machine washable. Cleans really easily with just a damp cloth. Chaise can be moved to either side of the sofa and doubles as a small storage space. Custom-built in 2011 from a Canadian furniture store (I honestly don't remember the manufacturer), originally priced at US$2,200. Selling because I'm moving to a new apartment and this sofa sadly doesn't fit the space. Dimensions: 82"w / 31"t (measured to top of cushions, back of the sofa is 27" high) / 60"d (including chaise, 36" from front of armrest to back of sofa)
