Seller's Notes:This is a custom-ordered couch. It was commissioned by a hotel in New York City. One was not needed, so I was able to get it! Legs come off to fit it into a narrow doorway! It's literally brand new and since I'm waiting for the delivery of other furniture before I completely move in to my new space, it's not in use at all. Update on 12/4/17: Willing to include a significant discount to the listing price -- need to get it out of my apartment for furniture / couch that will be delivered next week. Willing to do 30% off of listed price; contact me or put in cart for reduction. Given that it's brand new, custom made, extremely modern/sleek I think it can find a home quick! It's not only beautiful to look at and decorate with, it's comfortable and great for entertaining. I will make sure to have delivery taken care of on my end and try to expedite as much as possible!
