Seller's Notes:This is a custom $5600 sectional I purchased just a couple months ago from the renowned company Benchmade Modern. It is almost new. The long side is 100" The short side is 85" The frame height is around 27" Total height with back cushions is around 33" Depth is 39" The depth, lengths, and back cushion height are all custom. Here is the story: I realized that a sectional wasn't the right fit for my home, especially considering that it was such a big splurge for me to not be 100% sure about. Benchmade Modern has a good return policy, so I requested a return. They offered to refund me, but said that they usually donate returned sofas, and offered to let me donate it instead of them coming to pick it up. I decided to sell it and *donate the money to charity* since I will be getting a refund. So by buying this sofa, your money will be going directly to local NYC charities. The sofa has a slight stain on one of the seat cushions that is very slight but I am actively removing (and succeeding at). The great thing is that Benchmade Modern does all custom work, so you could likely order a replacement cover for this one cushion if you wanted to -- they have excellent customer service. However, as mentioned, this stain is almost invisible to the eye. It is a really beautiful couch, and very well made. The company has been vouched for by WireCutter and other experts on quality products. You can see more of it on the link to their website. It just wasn't right for my space.
