Seller's Notes:This is a customized couch purchased from Alpha Design in Berkeley. We purchased the couch for just over $1000 slightly less than two years ago. We customized it with comfort in mind (single-cushion seat, removable side and back cushions, good density). There is damage from cats (using it as a scratching post...) on both arms, but otherwise it is in great condition. We're selling it because we're moving, not because we don't still love it!
