Seller's Notes:Custom-made by the DAVIS CABINET COMPANY, out of Davis, California. Stained maple. Surprisingly lightweight. The entire top piece comes off for easy and safe transportation. As shown in the pictures the undercarriage is comprised of four spindles, hand turned to look like bamboo, each one attached to one of the four legs, intersecting in the middle in an X-MARKS-THE-SPOT design. Circa:1940 Very good vintage condition. This has been well loved and taken care of for almost 80 years, it's looking for a new home where it can continue to be loved for many more.
