Seller's Notes:Bought by my dad over 60 years ago, along with a houseful of furniture. Solid wood maple furniture, built right. Comes in two pieces: the storage sideboard lower half, with drawer and storage below, and the shallow, upper half for display (usually for dishes, teacups, but can be used for any small items). For a more old time look, use the entire piece. For something closer to a clean, midcentury look, just use the bottom piece. Interior is what has gotten the most use, down below, so moderate wear in there, but drawer is still nice, and nice overall condition. One photo shows that the drawer guide has come loose, but this can be easily fixed with 2 or 3 finishing nails. There is a small gouge (see photos) on upper part. Small ring mark on top (see photo). Bottom part is 33 inches tall, top is 33 so 66 inches tall. Bottom piece is 39 inches across the top. Will fit into any decent-sized SUV (it fit in my Subaru). Hard to find this particular piece nowadays. Item is in a building whose elevator runs M-F 7am-7pm, but please don't plan on being there close to 7, as others use the elevator. It's a busy building.
