Seller's Notes:Set is 5 years old and made of a stain resistant fabric which is easy to clean with a carpet master. There are some water marks and darker areas which i have photographed up close. The bottom cushion cover on both the chair and couch zip off for easy cleaning, and we have used rug doctor in the past for yearly cleaning. Underneath the cushions have been cleaned, but we don't have an amazing vacuum with a suction tool, so i would recommend deep cleaning with a better vacuum to get up the small amount of pet hair I couldn't get.
