Seller's Notes: This is a Room & Board "Winston" sleeper sofa with their famous "Comfort Sleeper" platform in Queen size. This was purchased new in 2007 for $3600 and has only been moved once. Never exposed to smoke or pets. The "Comfort Sleeper" (now known as "Guest Select") is a revolutionary system whereby the entire Queen sleeper folds out as platforms with a high-density foam atop (see pictures). There are no bars or springs, resulting in a perfectly even sleep surface across the entirety! My guests have raved about the sleep they receive on this bed. The microsuede surface is remarkably easy to clean, which has made this unit look nearly brand-new to this day with no noticeable stains or discoloration. The right side armrest has developed a bit of an indentation over the years (see last pic). This is the only outwardly visible defect and it is relatively minor. The back and seat cushions are not quite as fluffy and firm as they used to be in 2007, but they still look great and sit comfortably.
