Seller's Notes:Purchased this chair and a half in October 2014 for ~$1,299. Very good piece - still very comfortable and plush. This is a slipcover chair and a half. The slipcover can be cleaned (I no longer live in an apartment with a washing machine) and sofa will look as good as new. Some wear and tear and dirt staining, but can be cleaned. Actual sofa underneath slipcover is untouched and like new.
