Seller's Notes:10 years old but honestly, they were hardly ever used. They were for a NYC apt that was only visited 4-5x a year. No wear and tear to speak of, though slightly faded from the sun. Overall, great condition. Maroon fabric, dark wood legs. Soft, comfortable seat and back. Original purchase price was $319 per chair - almost $1300 for the set (incl taxes). Zero exposure to smoking or pets.
