Seller's Notes:This Crate & Barrel Taka Trunk Coffee Table is a great piece for any living room! It has a considerable amount of storage space with 3 compartments on the inside and a drawer that slides out of the front, that's perfect for remotes, coasters, etc. The inside of the trunk is split into 3 compartments, the middle one has an additional secret compartment below it as well! The left compartment is large enough to store blankets, small throw pillows, magazines, etc. The right compartment is set up for wine bottle storage. These are removable if you don't want to store wine in the trunk. There are support arms that you can pull out from the sides on the trunk to support the left and right compartment tops, when they are open and expanded fully. Gives you ample space to place things on them while the trunk is open. There are a few scratches and nicks that I have highlighted in the images. It's a great trunk that we have enjoyed having for years now. It's very heavy and made super solid. It could be the perfect addition to a NYC apartment with all of the storage opportunities, but can also be a perfect addition to a home in the suburbs looking for a beautiful and well made coffee table!
