Seller's Notes:This sofa is very comfortable and in great condition! The only reason I am selling is because I am moving out of state, otherwise I'd love to keep it. It has been used in a pet-free, smoke-free and child-free home. The fabric is very durable, cleanable and the cushion covers are removable. The size works well as a guest bed when you have visitors.
