Seller's Notes:Quality solid rock maple dining table set includes 42" round table, plus the leaf that extends table to 60" oval, and includes 2 chairs in good shape. (I will also throw in the additional 2 chairs that are damaged. You can repair and use if you wish or just use with 2 and purchase 2 others yourself. The table was perfect until I had children. The top surface has some marks and stains but they aren't deep - . a light sanding and new coat of poly would make them look brand new. It's solid wood high quality piece, not veneer. Pick up if you want to save on the delivery fee from Soho, Manhattan. I have a large elevator. The set is shown disassembled so you can see it transports easily. I am receiving only 5% of original cost as I'm pricing to sell, but no additional markdowns are possible.
