Seller's Notes:Crate and Barrel Rochelle Apartment Sofa in Audra Smoke fabric. I used this couch in a pristine office setting for 1.5 years before the pandemic. Ever since, it has been wrapped and safely stored. It is in GREAT condition. I kept it in hopes of putting it in my new home but it just doesn't quite fit. It has been very lightly used. No exposure to pets or smoke. VERY minor thread pulls.
