Seller's Notes:This sleeper sofa is like new. No minor blemishes or wear and tear. Upholstered in custom "Icon Quarry" Fabric and has a Tempurpedic mattress. It was purchased in January 2024 for visiting guests and slept on only infrequently. We ended up moving to Manhattan in August of this year, and have no room for it. It's still disassembled from the move. See pictures. Being manufactured by American Leather, based in New York, it is designed for easy assembly/disassembly. It has all its parts, along with assembly instructions. There are also helpful online videos that we'll provide the links to.
