Seller's Notes:We bought this a little over a year ago but are redecorating and need a larger sofa. It's structurally in great condition but noting some flaws: -Fabric dirt: it's an offwhite performance fabric but as you can see from the photos, there's some decent dirt from normal wear and tear. I have NOT tried cleaning this, so it would likely come off with a true clean! These aren't true stains, just daily build up. -Nicks on the base of the legs: The legs have some small nicks to the wood. Again, nothing structural but flagging for transparency! Otherwise it's still super comfortable and hasn't been exposed to pets or smoke or anything that would leave a lingering smell. Priced low according to the wear and tear :)
