Seller's Notes:Purchased new in 2023 through Furnish. This is a Crate & Barrel sleeper sectional in a neutral cream/natural fabric. It has been in a non-smoking home, and the pull-out mattress has only been used twice. The cushions and mattress are clean and stain-free. I'm selling because I'm relocating out of state and can't take it with me. The right armrest was damaged during a move and there is a tear on the back corner (both pictured), which is reflected in the price. Despite those cosmetic issues, the sofa is comfortable, the sleeper mechanism functions properly, and it has many years of use left.
