Seller's Notes:Perfect for snuggling up on this comfy lounge sofa is looking for a second home. It's clean, odor free and has been in a well-maintained smoke-free house without pets. The Crate and Barrel official photo is not quite the same material but it looks very similar although it's a little warmer color-wise, I'm not exactly sure what the material is called. It's a synthetic but doesn't feel that way to me (and I'm sensitive to that). It's soft, has a pile texture similar to a short velvet (but much more durable) or suede. There are no spots that are worn down, the arm rests are in great shape. I've included the areas that have some slight discolorations in the photos, most notably on the back and lower front, 'tho as it's a pile fabric these blend right in. -- Although not a convertible this sofa would be way more comfortable than those ridiculous convertibles for a nice nap or hosting a guest. The seat cushions themselves are 35" front to back (with the back cushions removed). With the back cushions in place the depth of the seating area is 28" I've priced this lower than it should be to move it along. I just don't need two sofas, it was a tough call as to which one to let go.
