Seller's Notes:We have had the sofa for many years but it had been rarely used. When we moved it to its current spot a few years ago, it got a damage spot on the side but it is not at all noticeable. The sofa bed mattress is super comfortable and has rarely been used. The sofa is very well made and still in good condition. The material is a performance fabric so it is very easy to clean.
