Owner additions: Height from floor to top of arm = 18" We purchased this sofa in August of 2015 for $1,449.00 The fabric has a great texture to it with the diamond pattern throughout (see closeup pictures and/or C&B website for details). The sofa has been professionally cleaned twice, most recently in July 2017 but it does show some faint signs of wear on the areas where we have sat (inside arms and on cushions). All cushions are removable. This sofa is very comfortable and fits up to 3-4 people comfortably. Only reason we are getting rid of it is because it doesn't work in our new apartment we just moved to last month. Still has many good years remaining!
