Seller's Notes:Crate & Barrel Steele Sofa in custom Loft Flannel fabric. Frame was bench made for C&B by Shenandoah Furniture (North Carolina). Retail price $2,506. Clean, smoke-free, child-free, pet-free house since delivery. We had the sofa professionally cleaned about 18-20 months and the new owner will probably want to clean again after moving (there are a few minor spots on the underside of the removable cushions).
