Seller's Notes: Available for sale is this sofa from Crate and Barrel. Retailing at $2199 (before delivery and tax) this gorgeous piece was custom upholstered ($1200+) in a gorgeous and easy to care for metallic graphite velvet. Pricing is significantly lower than what we paid for this piece as this was used for a year before being stored and occassionally being used for staging . It is in excellent condition and should just require a clean and fluff as well as having the external bottom lining replaced. The original wooden legs show some signs of wear and could be refinished with a furniture marker or be replaced quite affordably to fit your taste and style.
