Only 3 years old, in great condition and lightly used. We're making room for baby furniture, so no longer have space for this couch. There are a couple small water stains on the base of the couch underneath the seat cushions caused by the steam cleaner. There are no stains on the couch upholstery/cushions and this water stain is not visible when the cushions are on the couch.
