Seller's Notes:Need to sell as we are moving into an apartment that does not have space in the kitchen for this item. Is perfect in our current apartment where we need more counter-top space. It can be used as purely a kitchen island, with a fold-out table for stools to go under, or as a storage unit for pantry items (we used it for the latter). Item is in excellent condition with just a few signs of wear and tear. The counter-top has some slight oil stains, but that is easily fixed with a wood polish and so is not permanent in our view. We purchased this while living in our existing apartment so it has never been moved from where it was originally placed. Therefore the piece is in very good condition.
