The charcoal gray fabric is both durable and stain-resistant, and there are no stains or blemishes. The couch has also been cleaned to be in “like-new” condition for its new home. Originally purchased for $2300, the sofa was bought 5 years ago and is selling before the owners move. The couch has been kept in great condition and has lived in a non-smoking apartment with a small hypo-allergenic dog.
