Seller's Notes:I purchased this couch in December 2021 and it currently retails on the Crate & Barrel website for $2755. I purchased a new couch and need to find a new home for this one quickly. There is one small tear on the back - if it is against a wall, you won’t even see it (photo attached). The sleeper bed has only been used one time and the fabric, cushions, and color are in excellent condition.
