Seller's Notes:"High performance" fabric called “Douglas Ice” -- it's a light grey -- removable, durable, family-friendly, stain-resistant fabric that can withstand years of daily use. Extremely comfortable: manufacturer considers this one of their most comfortable sofas among the many they sell. The only blemish on the piece is featured in a close-up of the front left leg. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free, kid-free home. The piece is huge, but it will fit into a small doorframe: delivery is covered 100%, including hiring a professional upholsterer to cut it open and reassemble to get it through your doorframe (if need be).
