Seller's Notes:Great sofa. Only selling due to remodel. We bought this new in 2017 for $2,299 and it has lived in a pet-free, smoke-free apartment the whole time. The sleeper bed has only been used a couple of times and is in great shape. The fabric is easy to spot clean. It has only a couple of noticeable blemishes. Those could probably be hand-cleaned out. A professional cleaning would make it like new, but probably not necessary. Including a really nice mattress topper (see pictures) that makes the mattress in the sleeper extra comfortable.
