Custom upholstery in "Shelly performance micro velvet in Ice" - as soft as velvet, the polyester fabric is surprisingly durable, impervious to water-soluble stains such as wine, mustard and ketchup. The protective performance finish is family-friendly - Shelly cleans up in a snap. Sitting medium to medium-firm, the seat cushions get a boost with plush feather-down to reduce pressure points and maximize comfort. Back pillows, also enhanced with feather-down, ride a little higher against a lowered back to support with sink-in softness. Along with Avondale's signature brown-finished round legs and smart topstitching, arm pillows now scale up with neat knife-edge tailoring to casually tuck between frame and seat.
