Seller's Notes:I bought this sleeper sofa in Oct 2024 when I downsized from a 4br house to a 2br apartment. The sleeper has is a hybrid mattress with gel-infused memory and high-foams. It’s the most comfortable sleeper mattress and has only been used twice in 2 years. The sofa has been used for movie nights and video games for my son and me. It is in excellent condition. There are two stains - a faded coffee stain on the bench cushion (photo attached) and a very small faded food stain (photo attached).
I am moving back into a house with a proper guest room so I have no need for the sleeper sofa anymore. It’s been the perfect sofa for my apartment and would work great in any house.
